    ANNUAL JACKSON LECTURE HOLDS IN UNN TODAY


    The Annual Jackson Lecture of the first school (Jackson) of journalism in Africa, popularly known as the Department of Mass Communication, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu, has been scheduled to hold on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Princess Alexandria Auditorium, PAA, Nsukka campus.
    This was contained in a release by Kelechukwu Iruoma, the Public Relations Officer, Mass Communication Students Association, MACSA, The Lecture tagged: ‘Journalism Today, the Realities of Professional Practice’ will be delivered by Mr. Paul Arinze, Country General Manager (Public and Government Affairs), ExxonMobil. The special guest of honour will be Mr. Babajide Orintusin, Senior Special Assistance on Media and Publicity to Niger State governor. Kelechukwu stated, “The lecture is part of the activities marking the departmental week beginning from Tuesday 31th May to Friday 5th June, 2016. The lecture will equip students, lecturers and the general public with professional realities in the field of journalism, public relations and advertising, as it is obtained in the 21st century.”
