Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo will be among dignitaries expected at the University of Lagos 2017 distinguished alumni awards ceremony to celebrate the university at 55.
The event, to be held at Oriental Hotel, Lekki on Friday October 13, would be chaired by Dr. Wale Babalakin, OFR, Pro-Chancellor of UNILAG.
At a briefing, the National President, Olor’ogun Dr. Sonny Kuku, represented by his Vice, Otunba Seni Adetu, disclosed that the event would be used to launch the Association’s 500-bed space hostel project.
Names of the distinguished alumni awardees include: Dr. Wale Babalakin SAN, OFR; Sen. Victor Ndoma Egba SAN; Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila; Mr. Godwin Obla; Dr. John Abebe M; Mr. Mutiu Sunmonu CON; Mr. Mustafa Chike-Obi OFR and Mrs. Winnifred Oyo-Ita.
