There is this expectation that most older people in this part of the world have which is almost unrealistic, they expect one to follow their advice to the latter, doing everything they say forcing them to become pawns, making out of them mental slaves.
They believe since they have been around for a long time before us they are equipped with the best solution to solve and face all problems. But I beg to differ I believe even though they are wise in some aspect based on their many experiences of life they shouldn't rule out the fact that the world has changed, the ways of the past cannot be used to judge the now all the time.
There are new realities that has affected the whole show, there has to be a consensus where we don't get people decision shoved on our neck since the responsibility of the decision would still be carried by us,instead, let's come to an agreement where we both bring our opinion to the table and find a suitable point where agreement can be reaches thank you.
